This page is dedicated to the memory of Frank "Popsy" Mrozowski. Popsy was an avid fisherman and a regular on the old PALACE II out of Hoboken, New Jersey as well as a regular on both the PIONEER II and PIONEER III. Popsy will always be remembered for his great sense of humor. As an angler, he will be remembered for his expertise and passion for catching blackfish.
